The verdict comes first

Before any detail, every letter gets a colour, so you know in one glance what needs you.

• GREEN  Nothing to do, or already handled. Park it.
• AMBER  Needs you soon. A date is coming.
• RED  A deadline or money at risk. Open it first.

A badge is a check, never a guarantee. MailFarm tells you what it sees; the decision stays yours.
